This is an all natural soap with no preservatives or chemical additives or unnatural scents. Mild lather, amazing natural fragrance. Approximate weight per 1 inch thick bar is 4 ounces. Weight varies by bar as is normal with artisan soaps.To preserve the life of any homemade soap, I recommend keeping them dry after each use. The Glycerin which is left in homemade soap performs as a humectant which attracts moisture to the skin.
